Otterly Farmhouse
Oxfordshire
PROJECT TYPE: Direct to Client / Heritage Restoration
ARCHITECTURE: Anderson Orr Architects
OVERVIEW: Set in an idyllic Oxfordshire hamlet, with its grounds meeting the bank of the river Thame, Otterly Farmhouse is set for beautiful, sustainable living for decades to come. The project expanded from kitchen extension to a whole property and outbuilding refurbishment and renovation. The works also included the erection of a timber-framed stable block, as well as extensive eco-landscaping. The build specification included solar panels and tesla wall-providing power for the entire property and attached commercial residence. The Barr Build team have since gone on to complete a further build phase at Otterly Farmhouse.
