OVERVIEW: As principal contractor, working closely with contracts administrators Knight Frank and Smallwood Architects, project planning and operations, inter-team communications, site safety and coordination of specialist subcontractors were integral to the project.

The scope included extensive renovation works to the whole main house, as well as complete re-roofing, kitchen extension, works to the gym, pool house and converted outbuildings.
