OVERVIEW: Working alongside Vanessa Cayatte Interiors, the Barr Build team restored and renovated a large portion of this Grade II-listed residence.

To the ground floor a new limecrete floor to the central portion of the property allowed for the laying of underfloor heating and new floor finishes. Living rooms, a study, a dining room and ancillary spaces were renovated from top to toe. Upstairs the main bedroom suite was reconfigured, and new bathrooms were installed. The restoration of original 17th-century features throughout (including fireplaces, timber beams and lime plasterwork) has given Maresfield House a lasting new incarnation.
